Seraphina: It’s less abt it being a book and more about the ideas and message it shares

Seraphina: The story on the whole is about one man with powers like ours who defends a world filled with cripples. It introduces the idea of a more just society but in doing so it challenges /our/ society’s structure system on the whole since it ignores all of our ability ranking systems and spreads egalitarianism and idealism. 

Seraphina: And High-Tiers even ended up acting on it; becoming superheroes and vigilantes

Seraphina: Which scares them. 

Seraphina: And also the writing is rly compelling and digestible which works in its favor

Blyke: egalitarianism? 

Remi: woah it sounds like a really good book actually

Remi: I wish I had gotten the chance to read it now…

Sera: I think I got used to pain more around that time, but by the time I had developed a strong enough aura system we started moving onto rewinding whatever injuries they could think of, gradually working up to things like my arm being shattered or legs being crushed and trying to stop myself from having any knee-jerk pain response like crying or hyperventilating or going into shock so I could actually rewind the injury
