    George blinked awake and smiled up at his boyfriend who was on his laptop. “Hey.” George said, softly.

    “Hey, baby. How did you sleep?” Dream asked, looking down at George after saving whatever he was working on.

    “Good.” George sat up and kissed Dream on the cheek. “I’ve gotta go get blood.”

    Dream offered his arm and George hummed, grabbing Dream’s arm and sinking his teeth into the flesh. He took a little more than usual on a normal day but it was what he needed. He didn’t want to feel starved and weak anymore. He didn’t want to be surviving. He wanted to be living. Dream was the key to his survival.
