Wasn’t a Lost Cause

I understand this probably won’t get much attention, but I feel it is necessary to share a new song that I wrote, or at least just the lyrics, so y’all can get a better idea of what I’ve been going through. I’m really proud of this song, but it probably sounds better in my head when I know what it sounds like versus what it sounds like to someone who’s never seen it before. So I guess it can mostly be taken as a poem because I don’t have the music.

Okay, so, this one is about how God never gave up on me, even when I fell down into my sins, and shows the more optimistic side of things, instead of the serious side like the previous song. I think I wrote this one on February 2nd, after the other one.
It shows how I wasn’t a lost cause after all.

Well, yeah, that’s kind of the main picture there. It still baffles me exactly how far God’s grace can go. Exactly how much He still wants us back, even when I could never forgive myself.
