Law grabbed his sister's hand, stark white from the lead poisoning, whispering comforting words in her ear that everything would be okay. Then it switched to him looking at his dead parents, murdered by people who feared the poisoning.
He was suddenly outside looking at the Sister and other orphans who wanted to bring him along to freedom. The worst was looking up from the massacred bodies to the burning building. His sisters raging shouts, her fearful scream of "onii-san!" faded out and were overtaken by the roar of the flames. The hospital was reduced to a cluster of ash along with Law's heart.
He then suddenly was inside the closet, watching his father, Corazon, get into a fight with his brother Doflamingo over something he couldn't understand. Just as Law was about to intervene, Corazon blocked the closet door and then a gun shot rang out. The bullet missing Law's face by inches. Law felt Cora's body slide down the door keeping it shut. Doflamingo cursed, choking back a sob and left the room. Corazon waited until he knew his brother was gone before he struggled to open the door. When he did, he looked at Law with a bloody smile and said "I Love You" while pulling Law close into a hug. Law grabbed his father's blooded shirt and hugged it, head resting on Corazon's chest. He felt the heart beat go softer, softer, then...
Law sat up in a jolt, body covered in cold sweat and tears leaking down his eyes. He look down at his shaking hands and realized he wasn't a small 13 year old child anymore. He wasn't trapped in that house with a dead father, the cops weren't swarming in the last safe space he had barging him with questions, asking where the infamous mafia member Don Quioxte Doflamingo went. He was now a famous surgeon at a highly reputable hospital. He was no longer that deathly ill kid who had no hope to live. Corazon proved that.
Law felt the bed shuffle and a warm hand grabbed his sweaty one.
"Torao, you okay?" Luffy spoke, voice slurred by sleep, half of hus face pressed against the pillow. Luffy saw Law look at him, gold eyes blurred by tears. Luffy sat up, hand still in hand and pulled Law into a hug, his shoulder getting stained with tears. Luffy let him cry, being there as a silent support. Just like Law did for him when Ace died.
Law pulled back and Luffy wiped away a stray tear from him face. "My Torao had a nightmare, do you want to talk about it?" Luffy questioned softly, his fingers stroking his husband's tear stained face.
Law shook his head no and nudged his face into Luffy's palm. "I wanna stay like this for a bit Luffy-ya." Law grabbed Luffy"s hand and kissed his palm. "I love you Luffy-ya. Never forget that." Law kissed his palm again before grabbing Luffy's chin with his thumb and finger before pulling him into a soft kiss. Law laid down, bringing Luffy down with him, lips still connected.
They broke apart, and they both looked at each other and smiled. "Shishishi, I love you Law."
Law's eyes widen in surprise at Luffy using his name before softening, his golden eyes soften and he pulled Luffy into a hug. They fell asleep like that, a small bundle of sunshine warming up the tall grumpy one.

"Happy Valentine's Day Luffy-ya." Law pulled a hundred chocolate rose bouquet from behind his back and handed it over to Luffy who was sitting at the cafe chair. The table was cluttered with small cakes and pastries most of which were devoured. Luffy jumped on Law, his legs and arms wrapping around his head and shoulders. "Shishishi! Thank you Torao! Happy Valentine's Day to you too!"
Law ignored the stares from the other customers and grabbed his little lovers hand, and kissed it. "Love you Luffy-ya. And I always will." Law stated, looking up, gold eyes filled with love, meeting a warm brown filled with the same intensity.
For you are my heart, my beloved, my husband. My only sunshine.
