I don't want to delete this one yet, but I may in the future.The year is 2024 and Vladimir Makarov is wrecking havoc on a global scale. Spec Ops from around the globe, SpecGru, even the Shadows weren't able to truly put a stop to it. His followers became even more extreme, even more dedicated the more Makarov was hunted. He was a living Saint, a King to his soldiers and allies. He lost funding from his main financer, Milena Romanova a year ago, but several replaced her once the news got out about her death while being detained at the War Tribunal. There were rumors that Makarov himself went to visit her and she was found dead several minutes after he left. He had no mercy or tolerance for those who betrayed him.
Shadow Commander, Phillip Graves, grows restless and turns to a brand new biotech serum, one that is said to resurrect the dead. There is only one man they could bring back to help fight Makarov...only one who truly understands his mind.
