"Huh? Who are you two??" Butterfly asked the two people in front of them. Wing peeked out from behind her at the two, they didn't look human, there was an aura of animality around them.
"We could say the same thing about you" Zakuro tutted, pointing at her. Torame tilted his head curiously at the pair of Cures.
"Well, my name's Cure Butterfly! And this is my teammate Cure Wing!" she grinned, pointing towards him, "We're the Pretty Cures of Skyland!".
"Are you sure we really should be telling them all this...?" Wing whispered to her, a bit unsure of himself, "They look..... weird".
"Hey, don't judge a book by it's cover, kid! The Undergu Empire guys managed to redeem themselves" Butterfly whispered back, "Besides, it's not like they're our villains! They have no reason to attack us!".
"Pretty Cures...?" Zakuro said, tilting her head slightly, "Would you happen to know a team of two human girls with a dog and a cat?".
"Eh, kinda..." Wing replied, fidgeting with his gloves, "We're acquaintances, we know of eachother".
"So they're not officially working together..." Torame hissed to Zakuro before turning back to the Cures, "We're a part of Gaou's pack! I'm Torame, she's Zakura".
"Gaou...? Like a lion?" Butterfly asked them, "Gao..?".
"No, no. We're wolves. Entirely different," Zakuro told her. She looked Butterfly up and down, "Now that I look at you, we look quite similar, do we not?".
"I mean, we both have long hair, with one part of our bangs tied back!" Butterfly grinned to her, "Red and pink are also pretty similar, and we're about the same height!".
Torame looked Butterfly up and down, before scoffing, "Ew, I would never be caught dead with a human doppelganger".
"As if me and her are the only look-a-likes!" Zakuro scowled at him, "You bear a couple similarities to the orange boy himself".
"Huh? We do???" Wing yelped.
"No we don't!! You're just saying that because you're mad you look like a human!!" Torame yelled at Zakuro.
Butterfly looked at Torame, then looked at Wing, "I mean, yellow and orange are pretty close. Plus you both have ponytails and are a bit small".
"Ehh!??! Who are you calling small!?!" Torame shouted at her, stepping forward.
Wing stood in front of Butterfly, holding out his arms, "Hey! Don't touch her!".
"Why do you think I'd stop just cause of you?!" Torame scowled, before pulling on Wing's ponytail, "I wouldn't stop for a dumb human like you!"
"H-Hey!! That hurts!!".
"Leave Tsubasa alone!!" Butterfly yelled at Torame, shoving him away, "You stay away from my teammate!! And for the record, he's not a human!".
Zakuro's eyes widened curiously, "He isn't? He looks like one".
"I'm a bird, of the Puni Bird Tribe" Wing explained, "Our tribe exchanged the ability to fly for the ability to transform into humans!".
"Ehh?? That's a stupid deal! Who'd willingly want to trade something as cool as flying for something as dull as being a human!!" Torame laughed, "It just means that your wings are useless now! Can you even call yourself a bird at that point!?".
"Hey, don't you dare make fun of my teammate like that!" Butterfly yelled at him, "Even if he can't fly in his bird form, he's capable of flying as a Cure!".
"Haah!! What's a bird worth if he can only fly when he's a human!? Humans don't fly at all!!".
"Torame, I know she's a human but calm down..." Zakuro told him, tugging back on his kimono.
"Shut up!!! You're so annoying!!!" Torame shouted at her before turning back towards Butterfly and Wing, "And besides that, why would a bird be friends with a human!? You're practically betraying your own race!!".
"Hey!! Butterfly is a good human!! She hasn't done anything wrong to anyone!!" Wing yelled at him, "Birds are much more tight-knit with humans in Skyland than on Earth!".
"What the kid says!" Butterfly said, "Besides, you guys are wolves that can transform into humans too! Isn't that hypocritical??".
"Well, it's not like we endorse humans! We simply take this form because it's easier to fight and intimidate humans with it!" Zakuro told her, "Fight fire with fire, after all".
"I don't think you should be following that analogy....." Wing nervously said.
"As if I'm going to listen to what a flightless chicken boy has to say!" Zakuro scoffed, "I could hunt you down and tear you apart easily!!"
"Wait- HUH!?!?"
"How dare you say that to him!! He's just a boy!!" Butterfly yelled at her, "I know you're wolves, but have some tact if you're going to dress up and play human! Jesus Christ!!".
"Playing human?! Just because we take your form doesn't mean we're going to make ourselves live to your standards!!" Zakuro yelled at her, "You're the reason our species went extinct in Japan in the first place!!".
"Look, I'm sorry your entire family's dead and all, but that is no excuse to threaten to kill or attack children!!" Butterfly told her, "You'd get as pissed as I am if I threatened your brat of a colleague!".
"Hey! I'm not a brat!" Torame shouted at her.
"He may be a brat, but he's still a valued member of our pack!!" Zakuro growled at her, "Do you want to get your throat ripped out, human?".
"I'd like to see you try, mutt!!" Butterfly smirked at her.
"Hey, aren't those your teammates over there?" Friendy asked Sky, tugging on her cape.
Sky looked off into the distance, squinting her eyes slightly. In the distance, she could just make out two bright blurs, one pink and one orange. They seemed to be fighting....
"And aren't those your villains???" Sky asked Friendy back, pointing at the red and yellow blurs, "I didn't know they also fought hand to hand. I thought they completely relied on their Gaogaons".
"E-Eh!?! Why are they fighting your teammates!?!?" Friendy gasped, "Come on, Sky!! We need to stop them!!".
