   Summary

   Platyborg went willingly. God help him. And he held his tongue, and he paid the price, and he would do it all over again.

   He had no choice. He thought he had no choice. But when another him and another Doc come through that portal, and their edges are softer, and their lives are different--Platyborg starts to reckon with the idea that fate isn't fixed.

   That the other Perry doesn't seem to fully appreciate what he has only makes their clashing all the more bitter. Platyborg just might kill him, he just might. If only to kill the part of himself that wants to believe he could've been better.
