Summary
Over a thousand years have passed since the last dragon died, and with the gradual eradication of magic and wonder in the world came the eradication of Targaryen inbreeding practice. In the modern world, incest is as taboo for Targaryens as it is for everyone else.
And yet some Targaryens simply do not care.
