Summary
The story occurs in Tiohtià:ke (Montréal, Québec). We follow the story of Matthew, a young scientist forced into the role of main resource individual in the self-preservation of a small community established in an old secondary school that serves as a refuge. Formerly, the government provided several shelters to protect their people, but as the resistance's resilience wore out, so did the funds and aids.
Left to their own devices, every group is insuring their survival. They rely on their own regulations, ungoverned.
