Summary
A dark, thick fog settles beneath the skyline of the city. The city lives and breathes with the excitement of nightlife. Its citizens fill its nightclubs, speakeasies, bars, and any inhabitable space that will serve them. The streets themselves lie empty except for whisps of shadows passing by. The city of South Park can be quite deceiving to those around it, for truly, it is not as quiet and “small-town” as it seems. While the liveliness of the night continues to roar on, on the outskirts of the city, a bigger issue unfolds.
