Summary
Over the last eight months period, Wade and Logan have gradually learned how to tolerate one another. They’ve settled into an odd sort of domesticity (if you will) along with their grumbling, cocaine-addicted pensioner, disease-ridden dog and daughter who isn’t their daughter but is their daughter. A mismatched family indeed.
With this, touches become more lingering and gazes become longer, triggering an identity crisis in Logan who for the last 200 years has been pretty sure of himself. We call that in the academic world of A03, the Wade Wilson effect.
Feelings become more prominent as questions need to be answered and past traumas addressed or else the stable home life they’ve built is liable to implode.
