   Summary

   Frank lives a pretty solitary life as the Punisher, leaving him in the shallows daring any merperson to venture his way while waiting for a human to make the wrong move. One merman does dare to enter his cove and that’s Murdock. A confusing pain in the tail, that he never turns away. He tells himself, it’s for shallow reasons because what else would a dangerous merman want in the company he isn’t killing. Surely not friendship, and definitely nothing more.
