    There is a new grup that seems like the next threat to Yokohama. The ADA and the Port Mafia come to the conclusion that they need to join forces once again and send their new and shining duo to deal with the incoming danger. The new duble black goes to investigate and put the end to the rogue criminal grup, but they find out their true motives on their own skin.

     

    (or on a failed mission Akutagawa gets kidnapped by brutal criminals, so ADA and the Mafia have to join forces to try to rescue him before its too late)
