Work Text:

Lizzie has decided that this season she’s going to leave a real impression.

Gone are the days of yesteryear, where she was a secretive and stoic fairy queen, cloaked in shadow, burnt out of house and home and then cast down in confusion. That’s cool, sure, but it doesn’t really help your chances much as the subject of a thousand spectating eyes to just hide away in the middle of the forest for as long as you possibly can. Even if she had had the most amount of lives on the server for a while there.

And then of course there had been Secret Life, where she was lonely and untrustworthy and, even in a game of keeping secrets, that’s not really the place you wanna find yourself, yknow? No wonder she’d been cast out before her time. (And nobody had even come to her birthday party! What a disaster!)

So this time she is going to make it different, and hopefully make it better! She is going to make a home right here, among the cherry blossoms on the top of the hill. She’s going to have two of her good friends teaming with her, one who’s an incredibly smooth talker and the other who is… well, he’s Jimmy. She likes Jimmy, though! She can see Jimmy being an asset to the gang.

This time, Lizzie is not going to let herself die first. She’s going to roll with all the punches, she’s going to stick to her hard-earned aesthetic, and she’s going to let Scar do the talking in the hopes that whatever lies they end up telling all backfire on him instead of her.

It’s going to be great and she’s going to live longer than she ever has. Lizzie can feel it! This is the time.
