    Four years after Ultimecia's defeat, Balamb Garden looks peaceful. It's not.

    Seifer returns under presidential pardon, pass the SeeD exam or face execution. Squall commands a Garden he can barely hold together while his PTSD gets worse. Irvine disappears without explanation. Xu hides a relationship that violates every rule she's sworn to uphold. And buried memories from the GF program are starting to surface.

    Garden took broken orphans and made them into weapons. Now it's time to deal with the fallout.
