Summary

Crime is back on the rise in South Park, but with the same superheroes to patrol the town, the criminals are getting used to their antics. When a familiar villain steps back into the spotlight after eight years of hibernation, who can stop them? You're just a girl, masquerading as a boy by day, hiding your destructive voice, but a bird needs to be released from her cage at night.
