Sheng Shaoyou smiled fondly at his two mates happily doing the craft that their boys had brought home from school from his spot in the living room. A warmth that he was all too familiar with swelled in his chest. He couldn’t believe how lucky he was to have this. Three amazing mates and two beautiful boys to show for it. It was a far cry from the life his father had wanted from him. Thankfully he’d met his mates in college and they supported his dreams.
“Shaoyou.” Gao Tu warmly called his name, offering him a glass of red wine.
“Thank you, Tutu.” Sheng Shaoyou accepted the glass, then opened his arms as Gao Tu moved to settle in his lap with his back against Sheng Shaoyou’s chest.
“We have such a good life.” Gao Tu stated after taking a sip. His hand slipped over to intertwine with Sheng Shaoyou’s.
“Yes we do.” Sheng Shaoyou leaned forward to press a kiss to the top of his omega’s head. The two of them stayed like that while Hua Yong and Shen Wenlang helped the kids.
"Ba! Pa! Look what I made!" Peanut gleefully ran over to the couch where Sheng Shaoyou and Gao Tu were still lounging.
"Me too, Ba! Me too Pa!" Xiao Lele trailed after his younger brother.
“Boys the glitter!” Shen Wenlang started to chide but laughed as the boys held up their hand print bats with glitter, pip cleaners, and googly eyes. The pride in their hard work was too adorable.
“We’ll get it Baba!” Gao Lele promised, but Shen Wenlang dismissed it. He’d get it while Hua Yong helped with bathtime. He snickered looking over at Hua Yong. There was a black smudge on his cheek from where he’d been teasing with Peanut.
“You’re just as messy.” Shen Wenlang snorted.
“Then by all means, Wolfie, help clean me up later.” Hua Yong flirted with a small smirk on his lips.
