Summary
The pistol’s a Browning Hi-Power with a wooden grip. Kepler’s index finger sits comfortably on the trigger, and Jacobi would never admit it, but the Colonel is sinfully attractive when he wields it. It’s an old-style weapon, eighties, and Jacobi’s spent hours of their collective lives needling him about getting a gun from the current century.
Kepler refuses every time. He’s principled that way.
