   Summary

   The first day of preschool is supposed to be simple: new toys, new friends, a few tears at drop-off.

   For Itsuki Akutagawa, it’s the day everything quietly tilts off its axis.

   In the bright little classroom of Yokohama’s neutral preschool, he meets Hiroaki Nakahara.
   The boys click instantly. Their parents don’t. For Soukoku and Shin soukoku are not friends.

   When Zachariah’s letter resurfaces and the promise of power, control and answers is dangled in front of Soukoku, Hiroaki is quietly pulled into the plot… and helps lure his new “friend” into a kidnapping after school.

   Fated Attraction follows Itsuki and Hiroaki from that first betrayal into adolescence and adulthood: ability experiments, family loyalties pulled tight, and the long burn between two boys who were never allowed to be just kids. As Itsuki wrestles with his power, his trauma and his gender, he has to decide who he wants to be – and who he can still trust.

   Sequel to “The Get Along Project” and “Prototype”; spans from early childhood into their adult lives.
