Summary
What if, even though Louis was burnt on that dreadful pyre, his spirit still remains? People think of vampires as unholy creatures, yet, does that make them devoid of spirit and soul? What if the founder of Oakhurst researched just that, and sends his blessing from the afterlife for a certain someone to wake up a person who they once lost? What if the books in the crypts do not only aid humans in times of need?
A lot of what-ifs, but they might just be the truth for once.(Basically, I wanted Louis to use his incredibly high charisma stats to use the power of friendship and diplomacy to stop everyone in Oakhurst from slaughtering each other, and putting Owen’s radical meltdown on hold for a moment. (Having his partner back certainly won’t “fix” him, that man has loads more issues due to discrimination, but it will HELP.))
