Summary
Funnily enough, Lin Ling only started wearing a fake wedding ring to shut his asshole boss up about the wonders of marriage, coming from a guy who had already been divorced three times, and to put an end to the teasing from his mean coworkers.
The habit stuck. It even spiraled into made up, overly sweet scenarios starring Moon as his fake, imaginary wife. Honestly, it helped fuel Lin Ling’s enthusiasm. He loved telling anyone bored enough to ask just how amazing she was.
He never thought Nice, the crazy hero he saved from jumping off the rooftop of his recently fired advertising building, would have a problem with it.
Or that Nice would develop a full-on beef with Lin Ling’s imaginary wife, seriously contemplating becoming a mistress because, obviously, Lin Ling deserved better than an absentee wife.
Either Lin Ling leaves her or there will be a body he will bury :)This Romcom got dark real quick with Nice's POV. But I'll ride it and make an attempt at squishing them together.
