Scott sighs as he puts his keys into a little bowl by his apartment door, having locked the door behind himself.
The cyanet is tired from work and is ready to relax for the rest of the night until he eventually goes to bed.
He’s thinking about grabbing leftover pasta from his fridge, heating it up while watching a trashy romcom before heading to bed as he walks into his small kitchen/dining room area.
He feels his heart rate pick up as he sees his boyfriend standing there, holding a bouquet of roses, a smile showing in his heterochromia eyes.
“Etho?” Scott says, a smile breaking out on his face, “What are you doing?”
“I thought I might treat you to a nice evening with a home cooked meal.” Etho says, gesturing to the small dinner table, set with two plates of steaming hot chicken alfredo.
“Oh Etho.” Scott says, smiling fondly, “You're such a sweet dear.”
Etho’s cheeks turn red, the color peeking up above his mask as he moves over to the table putting the bouquet of roses into a vase on the table, grabbing his phone, walking back over to the small kitchen island, clicking something on is, looking back up at Scott, “Do you want to dance with me?”
Scott tilts his head to the side a bit, “Dance?”
Etho nods, ears a burning red, “yeah…you uh-you don’t have to if you don’t want to.” Etho says, looking away from Scott.
Scott smiles, walking closer to his boyfriend, “I would love to dance with you.” He says, placing a hand on Etho’s shoulder.
Etho’s eyes crinkle as he pulls down his mask, leaning forwards to kiss Scott before doing something on his phone again, setting the device down on the counter as a song that sounds older, but isn't, starts to play.
‘Georgia,‘
The white haired man puts a hand on Scott’s right hip, taking the cyanet’s left hand in his right, starting to slowly sway with Scott, moving to the music.

Scott moves with his partner, gently swaying to the music as they slowly dance around his apartment, doing a slow waltz.
Etho opens his mouth, singing along with the song, “I want ya…in my arms, oh, let me hold ya. I'll never let you go again, like I did.” Etho tilts his head slightly looking down at Scott with a warm fondness in his eyes, making Scott near damn well almost swoon, “Oh, I used to say, I would never fall in love again until I found her. I said I would never fall, unless it's you I fall into. I was lost within the darkness, but then I found her.
I found you~”
They sway along more, their feet moving in step with the music.
Scott joins in, singing along with Etho, “Georgia…pulled me in. I asked to love her…once again, you fell-” Etho dips Scott, holding him tightly before pulling him back up, “-I caught ya. I'll never let you go again, like I did. Oh, I used to say,”
Scott’s heart flutters in his chest as Etho looks at him lovingly.
“I would never fall in love again until I found her. I said I would never fall unless it's you I fall into.
I was lost within the darkness, but then I found her.” Etho stops dancing, reaching a hand up, cupping Scott’s cheek.
“I found you~” Etho sings along as Scott’s breath hitches in his chest.
As the guitar of the song plays softly in the background, Etho pulls them closer, pressing his lips to Scott’s.
Scott melts into the kiss, body curving into his partner’s arms wrapping around the back of his neck, holding them close as they kiss, bodies swaying in sync, side to side, the music still playing around them.

They separate from the kiss, forehead resting on the other’s, the heavy sounds of their breathing filling the air, less and less drowned out as the song plays its last notes of the outro, leaving the two loves in only the sounds of their breathing and the sound of their own hearts, beating in sync.
“I love you, Scott.” Etho says, smiling down at his boyfriend.
“I love you, Etho.” Scott says, smiling back up at Etho, before leaning in and kissing him again.
