I don't need help

Summary:

4 times Peter didn't tell Tony about his injuries and one time Tony found out about his injuries himself

Notes:

What a cute little chapter! The author simply adores the dynamics Spider-son & Iron-dad.
English is not my first language, so forgive me for mistakes!

1.
Sitting in the lab now, his head hanging over the next wires, Peter prayed to all the gods that Mr. Stark would not notice the huge purple bruise on his neck.
But how did Peter get into such a mess? It's very simple!

Parker began to go out on night patrols more often, as he had a lot of time with the onset of vacation.
The guy could have just ignored everything like a normal teenager and enjoyed his weekend, but the problem was that he wasn't a normal teenager. Spider-Man took up more than half of his life, and half of his superhero life was filled with bruises and injuries. It wasn't unpleasant, but Parker had become accustomed to it.
Flying over the dark alleys yesterday, Peter noticed a crowd of men that surrounded a defenseless girl.
The stranger was dressed very brightly and even a blind man could tell that she was in the club and just wanted to return home safely.
But dreams were not destined to come true and the thugs surrounded the unfortunate from all sides, leaving no room for escape.
"Hey, guys, do you know that we live in a democratic state? You can not limit the freedom of the girl!" The guy called out to his enemies, who immediately turned their heads at the hero's voice.
The girl took advantage of the fact that the would-be criminals were distracted and ran out of the alley as fast as she could.
"And she didn't even say thank you!" The guy sighed in frustration and descended into the alley on a web.
He stretched his limbs and prepared to get involved in the argument.
"It's our lovely Spider-Man!" A particularly large man grinned with a malicious smile and approached the superhero.
"These are my lovely criminals!" Peter responded in kind and got into the fight.

He didn't seem to have calculated the power ratio at all. He really thought he could handle three criminals who were twice his size. But here's the failure: the web in web-shooters ended and the guy no longer had an advantage.

"Underoos! Are you even listening to me?" the displeased voice of the mentor brought Peter out of the memories and he turned his head to the speaker.
It was a fatal mistake: the billionaire's eye immediately saw a purple spot that was hidden behind the sweater.
"What's on the neck?"
Parker looked at his neck and realized what he had just done.
"Yes, I... just hit it unsuccessfully! It's just now the holidays and I try to give a lot of time for sleep, well you know, and I dream about all sorts of dreams that contributed to my fall of the bed and the appearance of..." in a familiar manner, the schoolboy began to chatter and thus distracted Stark from the wound.
"I'm too old to listen to all the chatter of children, all right, leave me alone." the man wrinkled, thereby making the intern silent. "Better focus on this drawing now. Here it is said that the ratio..."
Parker breathed a sigh of relief and looked at the drawings that Stark was showing him, trying to focus on work.
He was lucky: Mr. Stark had not yet seen that under the sweater he had bruises no less than on his neck, but Peter would certainly keep silent about it.

2.
Peter Parker is definitely a magnet that attracts trouble, otherwise how can you explain it?
For the second time in a week, the guy managed to get injured again, but this time during a daytime patrol.
While helping the police with a robbery, the hero completely missed the fact that he was hit on the head from behind with something heavy. His spider sense no longer working, or is Peter too tired?
In an attempt to turn around to face the attacker, the guy managed to get punched in the stomach as well. The blow completely knocked him down, and the guy raised his head to look at the bully.
"Are you kidding me?" Parker lowered his head and, leaning on his elbows, stood up.
The intruder was one of the thugs he had encountered in the alley earlier.
"I haven't finished with you yet."
Peter got into a fighting stance and was about to attack. Fate was on his side this time and there was a lot of web.
But the fight was stopped by officers who ran into the bank.
If Peter were without a mask, he would have shown the criminal his tongue, but he only showed him a dislike.
The lawmen thanked Spider-Man again and he went to the alley where he had left his backpack (which hadn't been stolen!).
After quickly changing clothes, Peter put his headphones in his ears and headed home.
At the time, he was filled with adrenaline, but now he was experiencing a headache. He felt his head and discovered a bump. Damn, he must have taken a pretty good hit.
"May, I'm back!" As he opened the front door, the young man removed his sneakers. "Sorry, I got held up at Ned's place for a while, he wanted to..."
The kid's gaze shifted, and he froze.
It reminded him of the day when Tony Stark himself visited his home and offered him a trip to Germany. It seemed like a year and a half ago.
"Oh, hi, Pete. Your aunt and I were just chatting while you were away." The billionaire looked at the child and nodded in satisfaction when he didn't see any open wounds.
"Peter, I have night shifts, so Tony decided to take you for the weekend." The woman smiled apologetically at her nephew.
Peter didn't blame her.
She is trying to feed a teenager with an increased metabolism and spends all her strength on it.
The guy wanted to offer to go to Mr. Stark himself, so that May wouldn't worry, especially since the holidays were already over.
"Let's go, Kid. Run and pack your things." The man got up from the couch and was about to pat the child on the head, but Parker came to his senses in time.
Tony shouldn't know about the injuries, he was almost caught that time.
Dodging his mentor's hand, Peter ran to his room.
"I'll be back!" he called out, closing the door behind him.
Stark sighed and muttered unintelligible suggestions

3.
Peter has successfully escaped Tony's questions and Tony himself for the third time.
The holidays are over and the new term has begun.
There was a lot to do, but today was a reason to be happy: a Friday night movie with the Avengers.
This was what gave the guy the strength not to fall asleep in class, and he was extremely tired.
He received another wound in a completely ridiculous way: at night, flying away on a spider web and completely in his thoughts, the student did not notice a protruding sharp beam and cut himself.
His body was working hard to heal the puncture wound, but it wasn't going well: Parker had overslept again and completely forgotten to eat breakfast.
The bell rang, signaling the end of the school day, and Peter rushed out of the building.
Usually, Happy picked him up after school and took him to and from the Tower, so Peter wasn't worried about the man noticing the bandages on his arm.
However, what he didn't expect to see in the car was Tony Stark himself!
"Hi, Underoos." Stark smiled brightly and removed his sunglasses. "Get in, don't stand there."
After waking up, Parker closed the door behind him and placed his backpack on his stomach, trying to cover his injured arm. Unfortunately, he wasn't wearing a long-sleeved shirt, as the weather was hot and he didn't see the need for baggy hoodies.
The car moved off and an awkward silence hung, which was soon broken by the billionaire.
"I'm completely exhausted from these meetings, I thought about calling you, but I remembered that you're at school." - Looking at the teenager, Tony immediately noticed the white cloth wrapped around the arm. "So, what's this?"
"Nothing, absolutely.." - Peter shuddered and tried to look away.
"Are you in trouble, Kid? Maybe something happened between you and May?" Confused by the concerned questions, the guy was still silent. "Look, no matter what the situation is, it's not a reason to harm yourself."
"What? What are you talking about, Mr. Stark?" - The schoolboy looked down, and then it hit him. Mr. Stark thinks he did this to his own hand!
"Well, show me."
The billionaire unwrapped Peter's hand from the bandages and noticed a deep cut on his left arm.
"It's not what you think, Mr. Stark!" Peter's voice became high-pitched as he tried to justify himself. "You know I'm not a good cook, so I accidentally cut myself!"
"Oh?" The man raised his eyebrows in surprise. It seemed that he was overly concerned about Peter and had already imagined things. "Hmm."
"It's really nothing, you know, with my metabolism, the wound will be gone by the end of the day." - awkwardly wrapping the bandage back up, the teenager looked at his mentor.
"Okay, but keep in mind, Kid, if I see this again, you'll have to undergo a full examination in the medical unit." - unable to argue with Mr. Stark, Parker simply nodded in agreement, and they spent the rest of the ride in silence.

4+1.
It's Saturday night again. Just Peter, Mr. Stark, and the lab.
May has taken another night shift, leaving her nephew in the hands of a billionaire.
Stark is excited about this opportunity to expose Peter.
He's been getting injured too often, and Tony is worried. Is Peter associating with a bad crowd? But he's the kindest teenager he's ever met. Does he have enemies at school, or is he being bullied? This was the option Stark was leaning towards the most.
Even as he entered the lab, the man noticed Peter's unnatural pallor, his tired appearance, and the barely concealed limp.
Postponing the proceedings for later, Tony kindly invited him to help adjust the Stamp, and the Kid, of course, did not refuse.
The quiet evening turned smoothly into night, and the intern was already nodding off.

Parker had too many hardships that day: He returned from patrol at three o'clock in the morning, as he was tracking down a criminal gang. Completely unable to sleep, Peter went to school, but with difficulty got up on his right leg.
Peter's gut told him that he had broken something.
Overcoming the pain and limping, the guy changed clothes and threw a backpack on his shoulder.
May had already left for work, not forgetting to leave him a breakfast.
There was little time and delicious sandwiches had to eat on the go.
Going to school with a broken leg was clearly not the best idea. Parker just got there, and he already had no strength for academic activities. In the head only one desire: sleep.
"Dude, how are you? You look bad." Ned put his arm around his friend and gave him a worried look.
"I think I broke my leg."
"What?!"
Shushing his overly loud friend, the teenager tried to stand up on his leg, but it only made it worse.
"Wait, Peter, I'll help you."
At that moment, Parker was grateful to his friend, as he would not have been able to walk to class on his own.
The day had been terrible.
His studies and information were pushed to the back burner, as the constant pain made it difficult to concentrate.
Flash and his friends had tripped him, causing Peter to stumble to his feet.
One set of challenges had ended, and a new one had begun. Peter's new task was to make it home.

In the evening, Happy picked up the schoolboy and took him to the tower.
By the end of the day, the pain had subsided thanks to the triple dose of painkillers Peter had taken.
Before entering the lab, he practiced so that Tony wouldn't catch him limping.
And it seemed to be a success.

They started working, and Mr. Stark didn't say a word. Unwittingly lost in his thoughts, Parker wondered why he didn't want to accept help from others. The answer was simple. Since childhood, Peter had been self-reliant and didn't like to complain about pain or fatigue. No matter how bad he felt, he never told anyone. However, Tony Stark had shaken Parker's beliefs. Parker wanted to complain about his pain and fatigue, but his conscience prevented him from doing so. Where is Mr. Stark and where is Peter? "It's time for little children to go to sleep, Kid." In a daze, the teenager nodded, getting up from the chair and immediately falling to the floor from the pulling pain. This pain briefly sobered him up and now he realized that he would not escape. Meanwhile, Tony helped Peter to stand up and put his arm around his shoulder. "Where did you get into this mess, Pete?" Even now, the teenager was trying to escape, but he couldn't due to his mentor's strong grip. "You can't run away now, Underoos. Tell me what happened." Peter sighed wearily and looked at the billionaire. "I think I broke my leg." "You...what did you do?" Tony looked impossibly scared, Peter even started to feel guilty for it. "Come on." The man picked up the child in his arms, to which Peter gasped in surprise. "Mr. Stark, what are you doing?" "I'm going with you to the medical block, what else?" - Stark again turned his gaze to the capricious teenager. "I'm heavy, let me go." "I'm not old enough to stop carrying my child, Pete." The mentor and the intern entered the elevator, and it began to descend. Peter didn't say a word, as he had heard something incredible. Mr. Stark considered him... his child? The teenager tried to hide the smile on his face, but it was difficult. In the medical unit, Helen examined his leg, confirmed the broken bones, and put a cast on him. After the adventure in the medical unit, Peter and Tony went up to the living floor and sat on the couch in the living room. The billionaire turned on a ridiculous show and looked at Kid again. The boy had managed to find a blanket that Pepper had left behind and was using it as a cover. "It seems that someone is enjoying being Tony Stark's child." Peter smiled contentedly and burrowed deeper into the fluffy blanket. "Should I call you my son?" Peter lifted his head and looked at his mentor. "Then I should call you Dad, Mr. Stark." They both laughed in unison. "I really like it." Stark nodded and pulled his child to him.
