Work Text:
After decades possessing a doll, Shiera was utterly bored. She had little ability to move the thing, and had spent years now in the same room, which nobody seemed to use. She had been put away in a room of unused trinkets, and she just had to wait.
It was Cersei who broke that monotony, although Shiera didn’t find out her name until later. Her first impression of her was simply that of an unhappy woman. There had been plenty of those in this place.
The more she saw of Cersei the more fascinated she became. Were she alive, she could have done something about it. She knew not if Cersei would be receptive to her affections, but at least she would have been able to try.
