Frank sees Victoria as the cute, beautiful, attractive, soft-spoken, calm, loving, fun, extroverted, and content creator. He checks all boxes for Victoria, and he is added as sexy. One day, Trinity and Mel hosted a night-out party, and Victoria wore a black shirt and ripped jeans on one side, showing wavy hair and light makeup with red lipstick, while Whitaker was out spending time with his 2nd-youngest brother, Luke, who came to visit his little brother. Frank saw Victoria come in, and he couldn't stop looking at her while Princess and Shen called Frank's name many times. "Frank hello." Shen snaps at Frank, and he looks at Shen and Princess smiling. "You see, Johnny, we witnessed it. Frank has eyes on Victoria." Princess knows she and Shen will not shut up; they will tell many people in their own shifts, respectively. "Yep. There are jingle bells in the future of Mrs. Langdon." John can't stop thinking about the tension between Frank and Victoria.
Victoria asks Frank on a date, and Frank agrees, and they have been talking a lot for 3 months, while some of the staff noticed. Frank can't believe Princess and John have to spill the beans to some people and begin asking Frank or Victoria about their upcoming wedding, planning to leave Pitt in case Frank is moving to another state for an attending position, and Victoria is going with him, when Frank pops the question, Trinity and Samira plan the wedding and bachelorette trip, and when they have kids. They attended a basketball date, 76ers vs. Phoenix Suns, and after the game was over, Frank looked at Victoria, and she said yes to be his girlfriend and kissed her, and she knew Frank Langdon was an attractive man compared to any man in Pittsburgh.
A year later in their relationship, Frank is in Chicago visiting a friend who is in hospice with stage 4 brain cancer, Glioblastoma, and Victoria is very supportive of Frank, and it was Valentine's Day, and Victoria received a message from Frank an hour ago, and she read the message.
My love:
"Hi Toria, Happy Valentine's Day to the only and only one woman, and I wish you were in Chicago, and we could go to a romantic place in Chicago, but it's okay, love you, sunshine darling."
Victoria started to cry at Frank's message, and she also wished she could go to Chicago. She wiped her tears immediately. An hour later, a gift is sitting in the nurse's station. "Victoria, someone send you a gift" Victoria was curious who sent her a gift, but it was a photo of her and Frank in Emma and Joy's New Year's Eve Party, a note, a flower, treats, and an expensive fragrance that Victoria wears, and it's not available in the US anymore, only in France. "I don't know if you will find out who your secret admirer is?" Dana can't tell Victoria, but Dana knows who sent the gift with the photo that Dana took.Victoria looks at the gift and sees the note, but it is more similar to it. "Toria, A year into our relationship, you're the one that I look every morning when you get up in your sleep, and every night when you go to sleep. I can't stop looking at you and the times that we did have fun, like in the first basketball game, and I was the one who gave you your first kiss. I knew you were the one that I wanted to spend the rest of my life with, and you are the only woman who is very open and creative. Toria I love you so much, one year and many to go Love, Frank." Victoria was emotional once again to read the note. Robby and Emery spy the note, and Frank calls Victoria 'Toria'. Emery walks up to the ex-famous couple, Samira and Jack. "Victoria's new nickname that Langdon calls her Toria" Emery tells Jack and Samira, and Samira isn't interested in hearing the conversation. Victoria saw the photo of her and Frank at Emma and Joy's New Year's Eve Party. The treats she and Frank love to refill, and the perfume Victoria always wears. Frank bought it online and kept it somewhere without Victoria's notice, and she remembers the scent so well.
"Javadi, where's Langdon?" Robby asks Victoria because Robby is getting concerned about Frank's calls not being answered when Robby calls Frank many times and goes straight to voicemail. "He's still in Chicago because his friend passed away a couple of days ago, and he decided to stay in Chicago for an extra week." Victoria tells Robby that Frank is still in Chicago because his friend passed away in hospice. "What?" Robby was shocked that Frank decided to stay in Chicago for an extra week. "His friend, who is in hospice, has stage 4 brain cancer, Glioblastoma, and passed away 4 days ago in hospice. It was very hard on Chance." Robby was even more curious about Frank's friend, who had passed away from Glioblastoma without telling Robby. "This is why you and Chance don't tell me immediately when his friend has Glioblastoma, and you're the one who says about it today, rather than a couple of weeks ago." Robby started to raise his voice at Victoria while she took 3 steps back, and Robby took a step forward. "You know Javadi, sometimes Chance doesn't know who he is. Maybe you two should tell me before I can support Chance, but you didn't, you were protecting your addict boyfriend from relapse, and you are just one smart and perfect girlfriend, whom Chance always wanted. If Chance shouldn't book his flight to Chicago, he would tell me earlier rather than hearing from you." Robby was aggressively screaming at Victoria while she was in tears, uncontrolled, and pointing fingers, being the protective and perfect girlfriend of Chance Langdon. Victoria leaves the hub and sits in the ambulance bay, continues to cry loudly while Trinity and Samira run to chase Victoria, and Samira calls Frank immediately and straight to voicemail. "Really, Robinavitch, is this one of your stupid jokes that's not tough love, that's toxic and unhealthy of you telling a woman who loves Dr. Frank Langdon, but you scream at Victoria, ain't helping prepare, when one of us, even Victoria, tells Langdon about this, you and Langdon will have the same argument, what you did to Victoria." Ogilvie speaks up and tells Robby that what Robby did to Victoria is very unacceptable in workplace harassment, and everyone, even Dana, claps and cheers for Ogilvie speaking up not just for Victoria, but for anyone who is Robby's enemy for a very long time.
6 months before Frank proposes to Victoria:
Frank asks Victoria's dad, Raymond, for his blessing in marriage. "Raymond, I know what you're thinking right now, and the reason I am asking you before you go to Indianapolis. I am asking you in person for your permission to marry your daughter, Victoria. You and Victoria do have a really good father-daughter bond, and I have loved your daughter for almost 2 years, and it reminds me of when I saw your daughter for the first time in PTMC and looked at her being shy and soft-spoken as a med student, and now she's in R1, like wow, she's way better than me on everything. She's so kind, wonderful, open-hearted, open-minded, calm, sweet, and loud. She's the only woman that I see myself growing old with, having children with her, she's giving you and Eileen grandchildren, traveling around the world, having good and challenging moments in life, my best friend and workout partner, I know she's the one. I am asking for your blessing, as I did with her mom, Eileen, a couple of weeks ago, to marry Victoria. Please, Raymond, I'm the love of Victoria Karina Javadi's life since day one, the reason I am asking for your blessing?" Frank asks Raymond who Victoria is, and Frank does have a future with Victoria the way he and Victoria want. "Yes, Frank, you can marry Victoria, but where are you planning to propose to Victoria?" Raymond accepts, but he asks Frank where he proposes to Victoria. "Victoria tells me that we both really want to go to France, and I can't tell you the city that your daughter wants to have her dream proposal, but I'll tell you the city a month before the proposal." Frank replies to Raymond's question, and Raymond nods.
5 months before Frank proposes to Victoria:
Victoria worked on a night shift for a week, and it was Jack, John, and Trinity's idea to put Victoria on a night shift while Frank supported it and planned the proposal without Victoria's notice. "So, Victoria, we know you work on the night shift a couple of times, and to get out of Robby's mind 8 months ago, and he sometimes pressures you, so you're here for a week." John tells Victoria why she's working night shift for a week. John and Jack smile at Victoria. "Yeah I know. Frank is on the day shift, and he's almost done his residency, and we haven't seen each other a lot this week." Victoria and Frank used not to see each other, but they did a couple of times. "I know Victoria, but like what John says, it's true. Even though I am friends with Robby sometimes, I have to sit back for days, even weeks, of Robby's horrible behavior. He will never change, even though we begged him to get help, but it's who he is. He will not listen to anyone, even me, has suicidal thoughts, and he's a grown man who needs to be constantly reminded." Jack tells Victoria what he sees in Michael Robinavitch, what he does not like about the new Robby. He sees old Robby as a chill, understanding, easygoing man, but time does change.
Frank and Victoria had a day off, which Victoria wanted, and they had sex while Victoria asked Frank a question about why he was not telling her something secret. "Honey, why do you keep a secret from me?" Frank kissed her breasts while Victoria held both of her hands on her pillow. "I didn't keep any secrets from you, baby, you know that." Frank answered Victoria's question, and she decided to bring up another question about Frank and her dad had a conversation a month ago. "Actually.." Victoria feels the pressure of her breasts. Frank presses hard. "You and my dad talked the other day before he went back to Indiana?" Frank is scared to answer Victoria's question about the conversation that Frank and Raymond had the other day when Victoria was in Philly with Samira, Ogilvie, Trinity, Whitaker, Nazely, and Vivi on a comedy show. "He asked me something private, but I shouldn't tell you because it was private." Victoria nodded, and Frank told Raymond about his hand in marriage to Victoria.
3 months before Frank proposes to Victoria:
Jordan, Donnie, Princess, Ogilvie, Trinity and Mel planned monthly night out karaoke while many are excited to go monthly night out karaoke at a bar in Philly for the night. "Victoria, you are going to the monthly night out at karaoke tonight?" Trinity begs Victoria for a couple of days to go karaoke, even though Victoria says no many times. "I told you the 24th time, the answer is still no." Victoria has to tell Trinity the same answer, no. "I have some plans tonight." Victoria knows she doesn't have any plans tonight. "Victoria, we know you don't have any plans tonight, you will go to karaoke in Philly tonight to get out of Pitt for a couple of hours." Jordan makes Victoria to go karaoke in Philly to get out of Pitt at 4 hours to fresh her mind she and Frank always attended monthly night out karaoke since John did miss 3 monthly night out karaoke due to his shift while Jack and Robby attended a College Men's Basketball game past 3 months in Penn State where Robby graduated as undergraduate and John did have the chance to have a day off which he been looking forward since John is the master of karaoke. Frank can't attended monthly night out karaoke tonight for planning the proposal is the good time for Victoria to attend without Frank. "Victoria, stop all the stupid excuses, girl. Let's have fun, you always do." Samira tells Victoria to get out and have fun, she always does with and without Frank around. Trinity, Jordan, Princess, and Donnie all nodded at Samira and agreed with her. "Fine, I am going y'all are happy now!!" Victoria didn't have a choice, but they all nodded and cheered.
1 month before Frank proposes to Victoria:
Emma saw Victoria in tears because of her cramps due to her period had come unexpectedly during her shift. "Hey Victoria what happened?" Emma sounds concerned of Victoria. "Hey Emma. I am on my period, and I left my emergency stuff at my townhome, and these cramps ain't that fucking pain before." Victoria can't handle pain because she has a high tolerance for pain, as always. "Do you want me to get your boyfriend, and he can take you home to take care of you?" Emma is concerned about Victoria's cramps because she sits in the break room for 20 minutes. "No, do not get Frank at all. He will take care of me over his patients, he will make Robby do to Frank's patients what Robby did to me 11 months ago as payback." Victoria encourages Emma not to get Frank because Frank and Robby have had an on-and-off relationship since then. Emma nodded.Victoria gets her stuff from the locker, gets her keys, and leaves the ED and goes straight home.
3 hours later, Frank was looking for Victoria everywhere for 20 minutes, and he went to Trinity. "Trin, do you know where Victoria is?" Frank knows that Trinity and Victoria are besties in and out of ED. "I really don't. I also look for her too. You're not alone. Ask Samira, Huckleberry, or one of the nurses."Trinity is also looking for Victoria, and Frank is asking a couple of people, like Samira and Ogilvie, who are eating French food together, and Samira kisses Ogilvie on the cheek. That's a relationship goal for Samira and Ogilvie. Huckleberry is talking to Jesse about a joke he found on TikTok. Larry is talking to Princess about hosting next Galentine's Day. Dana is smoking and calling Monica for love advice since Dana got divorced a year ago today. Emma, Donnie, and Jordan, cracking jokes about Robby and Abbot, will be ending their friendship. Frank walks up to Kim. "Kim, do you see Victoria today?" Kim wasn't expected to see Frank to ask if Kim sees his girlfriend today. "She's left early, and I don't know the reason why we have 50 minutes left in our shift, and you see her." Frank is getting concerned about Victoria, he will stay strong to finish his shift and see Toria. Frank came home, and he heard Toria's voice "Toria baby I'm home!!" Frank calls Toria to say he's home. He walks to the bedroom and sees Toria watching The Bachelor on her laptop, as she's catching up because Frank watches The Bachelor without Toria for over 2 weeks. "Hey Toria" Victoria was happy while she lay down. "Hey Chance" Victoria's cramps did come back. Frank sits down on the bed, being stressed out for the last couple of hours, concerned about Victoria. "Why did you leave your shift early?" Frank might have started to notice, but he tried not to jump to conclusions. "I got my period unexpectedly, and I didn't bring my emergency stuff, you know, at home this morning, as I left the shift early." Victoria got her period when she checked on her patient, and she felt blood come out, and the cramps were about to be explored. "I'm sorry, sweetheart, you had to go through this, and I still hate seeing you in pain like this." Frank always hates seeing Victoria in pain. The cycle comes, and he helps her as much as he can.
Frank went ring shopping on his day off since Frank asked John and Jack for help to make Victoria work the night shift and watch Victoria the whole 12 hours on the night shift. They agreed to do so. Frank also asked Robby, Emma, Samira, Ogilvie, Princess, Donnie, Larry, Jordan, Dana, Cassie, Trinity, Parker, and Whitaker to keep an eye on Victoria while taking turns for two days, and they agreed to do so. After he did the ring shopping, Victoria is doing double shifts and not coming home until 7am, and he goes to contact a couple of people in France to plan Toria's dream proposal and also book a flight to France for staying for a week on Valentine's Day, and Frank plans to propose to Victoria on Valentine's Day.
72 hours before Frank proposes to Victoria:
It was day 4 in France, and the couple is in love, and they have been talking about attending some events, especially an opera. Frank got a recommendation from one of his friends who passed away from Glioblastoma, and got the tickets a week before they sold out. Frank takes Victoria to an opera, and it was a very big auditorium, and they sat in the lower middle section of the auditorium. The opera is one of the best events they have ever attended compared to the US. "I love the French opera over the US opera." Victoria commented that French opera is way better than US opera in terms of the different techniques and styles between the two countries. "Yeah, you're right, I wish the US opera would do the same for French opera, which will be a lot better." Frank wishes US opera would use the same techniques as French opera.
The day of Frank proposes to Victoria:
It was February 14th in France, but back in Pitt, it is February 13th. It was noon in France while Victoria slept in late, and Frank woke up an hour ago to see the final touches for the proposal tonight, and the couple who helped plan Frank's proposal to Victoria. Frank, bring all the photos of them. "Oh my fucking gosh, I love it! This is going to be one of the best days of my soon-to-be fiancée and me." The couple who helped plan Frank's reaction and the florist, videographer, and photographer agree to come tonight before Victoria removes her blindfold, which Frank made her wear. Victoria and Frank are getting ready to go to dinner, but Frank put the ring in his pocket and proposes to Victoria first, and then takes her to dinner. It was 7pm in France, and the sunset was so beautiful. They left the hotel at 6:40pm, and Frank made Victoria wear a blindfold. "Baby, do I have to wear a blindfold?" Victoria asks her soon-to-be fiancé to wear a blindfold. "Yes, my peaches, you have to?" Frank knows Victoria's makeup will be ruined, and he holds her hand as they head toward the proposal. They arrive at the proposal area. "Take your blindfold off, baby!"Frank tells Victoria to take off, and Victoria finally breathes, and she was so shocked by what they designed that she wanted to, and Frank begins his remarks.
Victoria didn't notice that the videographer and photographer were taking shots for the proposal. "Toria, you are the one that I can't stop looking at you when Trinity and Mel hosted a night-out party and seeing you in the door and you wearing a black shirt and ripped jeans on one side showed with a wavy hair and light makeup with red lipstick and I was like she's the one checking the boxes that I was look for but you still check all the boxes that I still want." Frank looks at Victoria, all the boxes he checked since day one. "I remember you asking me to attend a basketball game date, and as someone who was born and raised in West Virginia, we don't have NFL, NBA, NHL, or MLB at all, but Pennsylvania has all of them." Victoria remembers she was the one who asked Frank to go on the basketball date. "When you said yes to being my boyfriend, you knew it was a dream come true, and yes, it was a dream come true for me too. Our first kiss in the Xfinity Mobile Arena in front of everyone, it was strange, but it's none of their business." Victoria holds Frank's hands, and she laughs about their first kiss in front of everyone. "Yeah, you're the one who makes the first move, first word 'girlfriend,' and first kiss is all you." Victoria knows Frank makes the first move. "Two years later, here we are still strong and one of the best moments in our lives, and many more years to count." Frank takes a deep breath for two more remarks, and Victoria is getting more suspicious about Frank's mind. "Victoria, I do see myself as the man you always dream of, and I know that when times were difficult, we were not leaving each other and not jumping to conclusions, which you helped me with because of my ADHD." Victoria nodded, and she's the one who helps the man of her dreams not to jump to conclusions immediately. " Victoria, I see myself as the man you are admired by, the man you wake up to and sleep with everyday, the man you take care of our shit, the man you see yourself being a successful doctor and a family woman, the man you will see continue to spoil you, the man you see having children with and grow old with." Frank is preparing one more big remark before he kneels one knee and asks Victoria to marry him. "Victoria, you are the only one, you are my emotional support, you are my plus one for everything from medical conferences, parties, sporting events, concerts, and weddings, you are my workout buddy, you are my passenger princess, you are the queen of this man, you are the best doctor I had, you are my supporter on social media, by the way I am still your personal assitant, you are the future mother of my children, you are my future wife, you are my world, you are my best friend, you are my person, you are my future businesswoman, you are my traveling partner and you are the love of my life." Victoria listened to the final remarks about who Victoria is, and she was laughing as she hired Frank as her personal assistant. Frank takes a deep breath, and Victoria starts to notice the moment is here. Frank takes a ring out of his pocket, and the sunset is still on, and she tries not to cry, she knows what she is going to say, and he kneels on one knee and opens the ring.
"Victoria Karina Javadi, will you marry me to be my wife?" Frank asks Victoria to be his wife, and Victoria knows the answer, and she says immediately. "Yes, Francis Chance Langdon, I will marry you to be your wife!” Victoria is still in shock, and Frank put her ring on her left ring finger, and Victoria can't stop looking at the ring. Victoria immediately kissed Frank on the lips deeply because they hadn't had a chance to celebrate their 2nd Valentine's Day last year, with his friend who passed away from Glioblastoma in Chicago. "Happy Valentine's Day my peaches!" Frank tells Victoria Happy Valentine's Day since he make this Valentine's Day as a engagement and a date. "Happy Valentine's Day you too Chance my love!" Victoria responds back and still hugs Frank. They went to dinner, and one of the fans approached Victoria and recognized her on TikTok, also Frank. "Êtes-vous Victoria Javadi et Francis Langdon?" The couple seems confused about the language because in France, the official language is French, and they are still confused. "Yes, we are, and who are you?" Frank asks the man and the woman who are the same age as Langdon. "Je suis Richard, et voici Lucille, ma petite amie depuis trois mois." Richard introduced himself to the newly engaged couple. "It's really nice to meet you, Richard and Lucille." Victoria looks at the new couple who are big fans of Victoria. "Êtes-vous fiancé(e)?" Lucille asks Victoria and Frank if they are engaged. Frank nodded at the couple. "Félicitations pour vos fiançailles!" Lucille, congrats to Victoria and Frank on their engagement. They are back in Pitt, Frank and Victoria did sleep in, and Victoria got everything for work, same with Frank, since Victoria came to work a minute early before Frank came to park the SVU. Victoria meets Frank in Ambulance Bay, and he cuddles her since she's wearing mittens to cover her engagement ring, without anyone noticing. "I guess since it went viral, everyone knows that we are engaged, or let them give hints who that will be better?" Victoria and Frank found out it had gone viral 24 hours after they got engaged. "I know Toria, I get it, it has gone viral, and I received many messages on text and social media from my siblings to friends, like nonstop, you saw it blowing up my phone." Frank sighs, he knew once they came to ED, they would be gossiping and gossiping nonstop from the crew to some patients. "Fr Chance, it will be a disaster, and you're right, mostly. Samira and Trinity plan the wedding immediately, even a bachelorette trip too." Victoria knows Trinity and Samira immediately, planning a wedding for Frank and Victoria, and a bachelorette trip for Victoria. The day shift begins, while some of the night shift crew saw the newly engaged couple walk in. "Congratulations on your engagement! So when you started to plan the wedding, Mr. and Mrs. Langdon?" Vivi hugs the newly engaged couple, and they know everyone saw it on Instagram and TikTok, especially. Abbot and Shen also give a big hug to the newly engaged couple. "So congrats, Frank and Victoria, on your precious engagement on Valentine's Day." Shen brought up the engagement that was to take place, and Abbot smiled. "Are you planning to get married in Italy or France?" Abbot and Frank are Catholics, and being married in the Mass means something to some Catholics. "So anyone who is Catholic who wants Frank Langdon and Victoria Javadi getting married in a mass?" Abbot asked any Catholics, and a couple of Catholics raised their hands. "You see a cute couple marry in the mass is a win-win." Something that Victoria can't remove since Abbot and Frank are devout Catholics. "Umm, it's really none of your business right now, so excuse me!" Victoria explained to Vivi, Abbot, and Shen to step aside, and since their shift is over, they are obviously shocked by what came out of Victoria's mouth. Dana and Lena saw Victoria wearing a mitten. "Where you going missy?" Dana sees Victoria wearing a mitten. "Dana, please, we don't need another response." Frank sighs, he had heard from 3 people at least, and now it starts to be more people from the day shift. "Nope, not gonna happen, y'all, so tell us some cute announcement we heard a couple of minutes ago, Mr. and soon-to-be Mrs. Langdon?" Dana, Lena, and Robby are waiting for the newly engaged couple's answer. "Yes we are engaged the end!" Frank announced the engagement as if he were losing his patience. Dana, Lena, Robby, and many of the staff were shocked by the announcement. Victoria receives texts from her mom and her aunt, which she ignores right now.
Throughout the day, many people started to see Victoria's engagement ring, even one of the patients saw Victoria's ring earlier, and the patient saw Frank and congratulated him. "Congrats on your engagement! Is your fianceé considering converting to Catholicism before you two get married?" The patient is also a Catholic he asks Frank about Victoria, who is planning to convert to Catholicism. "Thank you for the kind words!" Frank finishes helping the patient who congratulated Frank in West 7. Trinity and Samira walk up to Victoria with a 3 champagne bottles and plastic cups, and Cassie brings the sash set bride-to-be in gold letters and white, and a coffee mug as bride to be with black letters with an engagement ring emoji. "Hey, Vic, congratulations on your engagement to my older brother, Frank."Samira congratulated Victoria on her engagement. "Thank you Samira!" Victoria thanked Samira, but she saw Trinity and Cassie bring 2 things. "Congratulations on your wonderful engagement to Langdon, and to a fellow Midwestern, let's prepare the toast." Trinity knew when Frank planned to propose to Victoria, and Trinity had prepared the plan secretly months in advance. "You know, Trinity, my dad is also a Midwestern like you and Samira, and Chance was born and raised in Appalachia, which is in West Virginia." Victoria reminds Trinity that Frank is Appalachian, not a Midwestern.
The gossip isn't stopping the majority of their shift by congratulating them on a one-on-one in the nurses' station, triage, ambulance bay, break room, and waiting room. Frank and Victoria are getting so tired after their shift and decided to take a shower, eat dinner, watch shows, drink hot chocolate everyday and go to sleep and repeat the next morning, which they will continue to hear the same questions over and over again. They are finacé and fianceé era.
