Oh, for the love of—! Use your head for once! It’s a signature! A single, tiny stroke of the pen, and all these “safety violations” I’ve been finding? They vanish. Poof. Like they never existed!

Vanish, eh? Like a magic trick? See, that’s the problem, Inspector. I ain’t much for tricks. I’m a respectable buildin’ man now! And this “deal” ya keep shovin’ under my nose? It smells worse than the Sotenbori canal in mid-August!

Respectable building man? We know that’s a lie. And anyways, it’s a standard supply contract! These materials are top-of-the-line. If you keep refusing them, I’ll have no choice but to pull the permits. Then you’ll be left with nothing but a very expensive, very illegal hole in the ground!

Then I guess I’ll just have to get real comfortable in that hole, won’t I? I told ya five times this week, and I’m gettin’ bored of sayin’ it: Majima Construction don’t use shitty bottom-shelf scrap. We build things to last! If I put my name on a foundation, I don’t want it crumblin’ just ‘cause some pencil-pusher’s lookin' to line his pockets! So take yer little piece of paper and shove it up yer ass!

You’re making a massive mistake… I can have this entire site shut down by tomorrow morning! Do you hear me?!

Yeah, yeah, cry me a fuckin’ river! Don’t let the chain-link fence hit yer ugly mug on the way out! I got places to be anyways…

Damn him! Damn it all to hell… If I don’t get that signature— No… No. I can’t give up here…
