   Summary

Rocky performs a loving colonoscopy on his best friend.

After all, it is the purest form of love. (Not convinced? I'll convince you.)

A little detour from our gallbladder story, readable without any prior knowledge, but probably more satisfying if you read the first two parts.

   ---

“No, no anesthesia! I want to watch you… take care of me. Thank you, Rocky, thank you so, so much!” I cry, my voice muffled by sobs and my boner still raging.
