   Summary

   Dick is silent for a long time. Just looking, like he’s speculating. He’s seen enough wounds in his life. He’s seen enough to know what leaves what kinds of marks behind. His eyes keep tracing the line of the scar, following the back and forth of it’s path across Jason’s throat. What irks Jason is that his face is unreadable. And that he can’t help but flinch when Dick reaches out his hand again. It doesn’t touch though, just his fingers hovering over it like some relic he’s trying to make sense of.
