“Again, Morgs? Really?” Uliana said. “Learn to sleep by yourself, I'm begging.”
Morgie rolled his eyes and stepped past her and into the room anyway. He climbed into her bed like he owned it and Uliana almost wanted to be annoyed by it.
It was hard to be annoyed when his face was pressed into her shoulder and his legs were wrapped around hers. His breathing had evened out almost instantly and now he was snoring softly.
He was pretty. Or she. Or they. She didn't really care. Morgie could be whatever they wanted and Uliana would still think she was beautiful.

Morgie wasn't sure what was going on.
He liked Hook, the way his heart rate sped up whenever he was around was enough proof of that. But lately Uliana was pulling that same reaction from him.
Especially when she started with the theys and the pretty girls. Oh how they melted when she said pretty girl, even if it was supposed to be an insult.

“Go to sleep,” Uliana complained, reaching out blindly to swat at Morgie's face.
Morgie caught her arm. “Hey!”
“Sleep!”
“I can't,” Morgie huffed.
Uliana rolled herself over to face him.
Morgie was staring at her, hair messy, the side of their face mashed into her pillow. “Hi.” They said softly.
She rolled her eyes. “Hi yourself.”
Morgie pouted. “Well that's a bit mean.”
“I'm evil, dumbass.”
The sorcerer grinned. “I know.”
“Will you just sleep?” Uliana demanded.
Morgie closed her eyes. “Sleeping. Definitely. Right now.”

Uliana froze when Morgie's teeth bit into her arm. Morgie looked up innocently. “What?”
“You're so fucking weird,” she said, but she didn't push him away.
The next time Morgie but her she just rolled her eyes.

She was fucked.
Uliana knew it the second Morgie laid down beside her.
She liked him, actually liked his stupid biting and his fluffy hair and the way his eyes changed.
It was all wrong.
Uliana wasn't supposed to like people. She didn't do affection.
And yet Morgie made her heart do weird things and her face heat up.
