"A-Yuan, I'm home," Shen Jiu called. The click of the door closing behind him echoed through the quiet apartment. There was a thud from their bedroom as he removed his shoes, placing them in their empty place by the door.
Shen Jiu had just barely set his bags down when Shen Yuan came barrelling from the bedroom and launched himself at him. Shen Jiu stumbled slightly as he received an armful of still-half-asleep Shen Yuan, who immediately reared back from the hug and clutched at his face. "You're really back? Work finally stopped being a dick and let you come back?"
Shen Jiu smiled and pressed a kiss to his lover's forehead. "I'm really back. I'm on paid vacation until the 11th, actually, so I'm all yours for a while."
Shen Yuan's smile was one of the most dazzling things he'd ever seen, and the kiss he got afterwards was even better.
"We're staying in bed all day tomorrow. You're not allowed to go anywhere except for food." Shen Yuan mumbled against his lips.
Shen Jiu hummed. "Gladly."
