   Summary

   Ser Hal, a paladin of the Green Knights in service of the Temple of the Lantern, finds himself on the road with Barry, a messenger from the Halls of Justice. Attraction comes quick, but so does misunderstandings. They encounter a mystery along the way, and try to solve it with the eventual help of lord Bruce and his guard ser Clark. The mystery leads them northward, where a conspiracy waits for them all.
