Summary
Baron Starscream of Vos is, by every measure that matters to Cybertronian high society, nobody.
Prince Regent Megatron barely remembers him. Duke Optimus Prime has exchanged perhaps three polite words with him. Starscream's house is so insignificant that invitations to royal luncheons, teas, and dances have an unfortunate tendency to simply… never arrive.
Which suits Starscream perfectly.
Because while the nobles are busy deciding seating arrangements, every military appointment, campaign proposal, border defense, promotion, and request for the army to support the Crown eventually crosses Starscream's desk.
To the aristocracy, he is a powerless little baron.
To Cybertron's knights, riders, commanders, and generals, he is the center of their political universe.
His betrothed, General Overlord, certainly knows it. So does Ultra Magnus. Bumblebee, Rodimus, Smokescreen, and half the younger riders and knights adore him.
The romance targets, unfortunately, have no idea.
They are about to learn that antagonizing the forgotten Baron of Vos is a spectacularly bad idea.
