   Summary

Qi Tiezui has always known that following Zhang Qishan into a tomb is an excellent way to shorten his life expectancy. He is less prepared to discover just how far Fo Ye is willing to go to keep him alive when a deadly trap leaves Ba Ye hanging over an abyss and Zhang Qishan refusing to let go, no matter what it costs him. What begins as another disastrous expedition becomes a brutal, wordless confession of trust, devotion, and the kind of love Zhang Qishan has never needed to say aloud.
