Summary
Exactly five hundred years ago Jimin met Jungkook for the first time. Ever since then they've been best friends and have experienced another's love and loss, success and misfortune, joy and sadness.
But now, after reuniting for their yearly vacation, something seems fundamentally different about Jungkook; the vampire seems to be hiding something.
When Jimin finally gets to the bottom of it, irreparable heartbreak awaits.

Jimin falls into a void every time Taehyung—the main character—isn't around. He's nothing but a poorly-written side character fuming at whoever wrote him.
But he wasn't made to live in the shadows. Jimin wants the spotlight. If not that, at least a motivation. A goal.

Summary
After breaking up under the illusion it was the best for Jimin, Jungkook wanders aimlessly through his eternal life, heartbroken and aching over his decision to leave his love behind. That is, until 300 years later when a chase occurs in the middle of the convenience store at two in the morning, and the one running away, right into him, looks exactly like the man who has been tormenting his mind for centuries. One who wears the same eyes, lips, nose... and doesn't look like a day over the age he was when Jungkook first walked away from his sleeping figure. One who sports an angry scowl and whose words bite just as hard from years of repressed anger.
Or...
Jimin and Jungkook had a bad breakup 300 years ago and neither one of them realized the other was immortal until they, literally, ran into each other at a convenience store. Now they not only have to deal with a secret, evil organization chasing them down, but also their mangled feelings towards each other.

To some it may come across as a ridiculous whim, how could someone be so infuriated over such a blessing that was to be immortal, but to him, it became a question of having full control over oneself.
That’s how Jimin spent his abundant time now, on an untiring quest for treasured warm souls, in order to create a deathly elixir that would enable him to become mortal and experience what he had been denied.
Basically, Jimin now wanted to die.
But Jungkook, Jungkook longed to live.
