Summary
Lexa is the lead singer of the school band, along with her three friends: Luna, the guitarist, Lincoln, the drummer, and Ash, the keyboardist.
The only problem in her life is: Clarke Griffin, a popular girl who makes a point of annoying her every chance she gets.
Clarke enjoys making Lexa’s life miserable — she's been doing it for years with her best friend, Josephine. But her life is a little different than everyone imagines.

Clarke Griffin is sent to Earth by her best friend, Wells Jaha, when he finds out her life is in danger. She wonders the Earth aimlessly thinking she's alone, until she comes across the Grounders. When she's taken in by them, she learns their people have a lot more in common than either of them realizes.

I don't do summaries so let's try this.
Clarke is a child born of two alphas, something that hasn't happened since the Ark left the earth, her parents don't know what the council would do to her if they found out, so they teach her how to hide the part of her the defines her difference, her eyes. While most alphas have red eyes, Betas have blue eyes and Omegas have yellow ones Clarkes shine a bright purple. She, like most, also has a soul mark, the first words one's soulmate will say to them. The strange thing is she has three of them one of which is in a language no one has ever heard of. After a video is accidently uploaded to the communications mainframe Clarke's parents are being chased down. In an effort to save her her parents send her to earth in a pod they fix up themselves.

There's only one person talking to her now, and Wanheda is claiming that she can bring her back to Lexa. There's a deal, and provisions, but this time Clarke is prepared to enter this world with knowledge and power and she is ready to kick some ass, and bring back her girl. No matter what it takes.
