Maybe this could be the first step in the right direction. They needed something to help them heal – and, hey, their family had always been partially inclined towards violence and darkness as a coping and bonding mechanism.

Dick flinched, thinking back to the circumstances when he had agreed to come with the league members for the sake of his brothers. Tim palmed his shoulder before cutting in.
“They used Damian to distract me, caught me off guard. I thought they were killing him.”
