Summary
Izzy stared at Ed, his hazel eyes dark and half-lidded. “Is that how you’re going to be tonight?”
“I don’t -”

Summary
Izzy leaves his shift late at night, as always, shuts the bar and crawls into his old car. Just a couple of months before he had something to look forward to—going home to Edward, but turns out Ed wasn't happy with the life they had. When Stede showed up, Ed left him without a second thought.
Nowadays Izzy finds himself thinking of that one fling with a country singer he met just before they got together with Ed. The one that asked him to run away with him in his old caravan.
Hearing him sing again on the radio reignites the old emotions but is there a chance for them to meet again?

Summary:
Izzy has a job that he likes, a routine that he follows and a crush he gets to see every day (even if he knows Ed's way out of his league).
He likes the safety that comes with it. The stability and certainty it ensures.
