Summary
It had been two and a half months since the end of Spring Break.
Eddie had been cleared of all charges, The Byers were back in Hawkins like they’d never left, Vecna was dead and gone, and everything was back to normal; or rather as back to normal as Hawkins could get.
Unfortunately for one Steve Harrington, his new normal seemed to be not only his inability to get a date, but also his newfound proclivity towards staring at Eddie Munson’s mouth while he dramatically narrated during a five hour Hellfire session, or counting the freckles on the bridge of his nose, or memorizing the patterns in his honey coloured eyes.
What the fuck was wrong with him?
(Now with Eddie’s pov added!)

Summary
‘Blood?’ Eddie says again.
Eyes black but for the slice of iridescent white in the centre. His teeth are sharp, his hands are weapons and Steve thinks maybe he’s made a mistake doing this without telling Eddie first. Eddie’s focus lowers, it moves to his left hand which is…
Oh fuck.
It’s dripping blood onto the floor.
‘Shit,’ Steve says, takes a single step back, swallows. ‘Eddie, I’m so sorry, fuck.’
Eddie can’t seem to look away, can’t bring his ethereal gaze back up where it belongs. Steve thinks he should run, he should flee. A tiny part of him knows Eddie will chase him. Eddie will catch him, outrun him easily.
It's more than a little fucked up how that thrills him.

Summary
The ground shook and split as ash rained from the sky. It was over. Vecna had won. The slippery bastard had beaten them at their own game.
And then Steve was somehow back in his bedroom. No explanation, no warning. He had no idea how he ended up back in ‘83, but by god he had three years to try and change the tide and he wasn’t going to waste them. And hell, maybe he'll get to that whole 'thrown back in time' thing eventually.
This is a fair warning to anyone who wants to read. I haven’t actually watched the first two seasons in years and never put myself through three and four. To save myself. Love Robin and Eddie and Erika but it’s just not the same. So if you see something and say hey wait a minute that’s not how it- shh. Hush. Silence.
Spring prose cleaning 2024 complete, I definitely didn't add like 12k words to the epilogue or something, that would be crazySeries

Summary
“I’m taking you to the open house tonight.” The kid’s brow furrowed and he stared at Eddie with his mouth half open. “Fuck, kid, close your mouth when you have food in it!”
“Why isn’t Dad taking me?”
“He’s got to go see your grandparents, he’s pretty close to paying off that loan.”
“Thank god he’s not making me go, I hate seeing those old assholes!”
“Language,” he muttered noncommittally.
“Hypocrite.”

Summary
In Miami, on vacation with his parents, Steve meets Eddie. So what if he doesn't get a last name or a phone number, it was a summer fling and they had a great month together. He doesn't realise it was Eddie fucking Munson until the guy has a broken bottle to his neck and they're about to go face interdimensional aliens together. Steve doesn't know when his life became a very fucked up and non-musical version of Grease.
Robin’s lips twitch. “And it was just a summer fling?”
He narrows his eyes at her. “What?”
“You’re such a hopeless romantic, Steve. Sometimes I don’t know what to do with you.” He must look as confused as he feels because she laughs and says, “Dude, you like sighed his name, you’re so done for.”
“Shut up. It’s not like I’m ever going to see him again, is it? I’m never even going to hear his name again. It was a summer fling and that’s all.”

Summary
“That one’s on the house, okay?” Eddie says, and Steve opens his eyes to look back down at him. On his face is the slightest hint of concern, and something else Steve can’t place.
He’s still holding his hand.
“Thank you,” Steve says. He’s not sure exactly which thing he’s thanking Eddie for, the weed or the hand in his or the lack of judgment at his fucked up head. He just knows that he’s grateful.
Eddie gives him a smile, a gentle curve of those pretty lips. “Anytime, Harrington.”

Summary
“No, problem. Thanks for coming. I kinda needed to be with someone tonight.”
“Well, then I’m happy I was of service,” Eddie bowed and Steve giggled.
Eddie looked up at Steve from his bowed position and slowly rose to standing. Steve almost missed the way Eddie’s eyes flicked to his lips.
Kiss me, please. Just do it, Eddie. Or maybe I could kiss him, Steve’s brain was screaming.
“Okay, goodnight, Stevie." And Eddie’s eyes twinkled back on Steve’s.---
Steve Harrington's life as a teacher was pretty boring, until a new smooth-talking, jewelry-wearing, fluffy-haired maintenance man entered the building, turning Steve's world upside down and insisting on fixing everything he could in Steve's classroom. Could he possibly fix Steve's heart too?
