Summary

It's 2010, and the Quidditch World Cup has rolled around once again, and for the first time in 24 years, England has made it to the semifinals. As the International Liaison for the Department of Magical Sports and Games, Draco Malfoy is determined to make this the best and the biggest semifinal event since the inception of the QWC. This necessitates, in his eyes, the appearance of at least one (1) dragon.
