Vex outlives Percy, but that's okay. After those years without her husband (yet she could feel his love in every step she took, in the city they built, in the clock he built as a gift for her, in the castle where they built a family, in that family, raised in love and not fear or anger, in everything he gave her), when her grave is planted on the outside (she asked to be buried next to him, he asked her where he should be buried so she would like being next to him in death, she said not in the crypt, because it's under stone, under death, it's cold, but on the open, in a quiet spot on the forest where life surrounds us), next to her husband's, their tombs will slowly lean towards each other as their kids grow. Years pass, until they are fully leaning against each other.
