Summary
Harry Potter and Draco Malfoy had more in common than one would expect from their bitter school rivalry. Neither wanted the life that was laid out or expected of them. Both had seen too many things and lost too many people to return back to the blissful ignorance they once held. They just wanted peace.
And that was exactly what they found in each other.
Strange events occur, causing Draco to wake up at Number 4 Privet Drive. In an unlikely twist, the two boys become infatuated in one another as the opportunity allows them to see the small things. Such as the way Potter's laugh sounds like hot chocolate on a cold night. Or Malfoy's eyes hold more secrets than anything.
It's one thing to achieve happiness; it's another to keep it. There's a war going on outside after all. And secrets lose their meaning through word of tongue, so is it any surprise when their newest arrangement becomes the focal point of it all?

Summary
That fateful meeting in Madam Malkin’s didn’t happen quite the same as remembered. When circumstances fall into place just so, the effect is almost always noticeable. The planets align, a butterfly flaps its wings, and reality takes a turn. In a universe where Draco was different, and Harry was different, they are different together.
