Summary
A shard of Sephiroth’s soul, a piece of his personality much like his CC counterpart, regains consciousness and remembers he was searching for someone, something, but all that he finds is immense regret and wishes things could have been different. An exploration into the infinite possibilities in Sephiroth's life had he made a different choice, or the ones around him had prevented his descent into madness.
In which a part of Sephiroth longs for relief from the horrors that plague him, and the lifestream responds in kind by showing him alternate universes in which he may or may not be happy. A character exploration into what could have been with a hint of AeriSeph.
"The shattered soul peacefully falls into an eternal sleep, and rather than fade, simply remains floating content in the lifestream–tied to a fanciful dream, one where friendship carries him into a brighter future and maybe he falls in love too."

Sephiroth is truly chosen by the planet, but it came with a side effect no one expected. He doesn’t hear the voices of the planet. He hears their songs.

Summary
In the depths of the Wutai War, Sephiroth is assigned a young Second Class SOLDIER, Angeal’s protege, Zack Fair. Sephiroth doesn’t pay the boy much mind until the pair of them are cut off from the rest of their unit behind enemy lines. Injured and aware that the clock is ticking, the pair must work together to survive. Things get worse long before they get better, seeing as Wutai forces find them first. From there, it’s holding on long enough to try and find a way out - or for help to find them - whichever comes first.
