When he closed his eyes, Will could hear the the reply in Hannibal’s voice. The very idea made his heart thrash against his ribs.
[05:47AM] Sorry if I interrupted your sleep.
[05:48AM] Not at all. It’s pleasant to hear from you, no matter the hour. Did you have any trouble sleeping?Will trembled, but it wasn’t from the cold. He debated for a moment before settling on the truth. He will know, even if I don’t tell him. He always knows.
[05:49AM] Didn’t sleep, so no.
Feeling vulnerable, Will finds his way to the only person who might be able to help him. In his bravery, he gets far more than he could possibly hope for.
