Summary
Noriaki Kakyoin awoke in a Speedwagon Foundation facility in the USA, just a month after he closed his eyes in Egypt, believing he would never open them again.
He had undergo immense reconstructive surgeries while in a coma, skin grafts, organ donation, metal implants and many more procedures had been done. He'd been sore but he was alive and by some immense luck, all of his procedures had proven a success.
But he knew, as he'd get older, the treatment he underwent in 1989 was eventually going to prove less helpful, and he'd need to be prepared to adapt.
