Summary
Things are going well for Dean: he's landed the biggest design job of his architectural career and is about to get final approval on the project despite how difficult the development company, personified by Castiel Novak, has made it. It's not bad for a moody omega...except things are also going terribly for Dean because he has to get in a plane and fly to a meeting, and course ends up in heat a few hours before. Luckily, Castiel is there to help and both men discover the good that can come when nothing goes quite as intended.

Summary
Dean's as alpha as they come, but he's also broke, he just lost his position as a mechanic and he needs a job desperately. So when he finds a job listing offering a position as personal omega companion to one Castiel Novak, well, he doesn't hesitate for very long before he picks up the phone.
The job is of ‘intimate nature’, which means it’s not always glamorous, but turns out that working for Cas definitely has its perks.
Now, if only Dean could manage to hide the fact that he's actually an alpha...//
‘Have a good night, Dean’ Cas says, voice rough, as he hits the button to close the doors. Dean stands in front of the closed elevator for a few seconds before his brain goes back online and he drags himself away towards his own room. God, Castiel’s going to kill him one of these days. Either that, or he’s going to fuck him. Dean knows which one to hope for.
//
ABO but non-traditional. This is a story about an alpha-alpha couple. That having been said, you'll find the usual tropes, including power imbalances, the occasional dub-con moment and whatever the equivalent of sexism is in these kind of fics.

Summary
Castiel ran through the woods, his paws leaving deep marks in the dirt. He followed the crying and eventually burst through undergrowth and bushes into a clearing.
A young child, maybe four or five, sat in the grass, bawling. Castiel immediately shifted to his human form and approached the child. It looked at him with wide, tear-filled eyes. Castiel crouched next to him. The boy was a Werewolf, Castiel could tell. Castiel emitted soothing pheromones, and the boy calmed.
"What's wrong?" Castiel asked. The pup sniffed and rubbed at his eyes with dirty hands.
"My omega-daddy is hurt and won't wake up." The pup sobbed, and Castiel's world froze.
Castiel lived far from society, content with the fact that he would likely spend the rest of his life alone. The chance encounter of an omega and his young pup running for their lives changed that.

Summary
For some of us, it’s easy, close your eyes, take a breath, and jump. For others, it takes an entire bottle of whiskey, a slow, unreliable internet connection, and years of self-induced isolation on a picturesque mountainside to do what they have to do. What they need to do. Many years after losing his own pack, his family, an act he blames himself for, Alpha-Were Castiel is skilled at not giving himself even the smallest of pleasures, including that of a pack. An alpha needs a pack. It’s written into their DNA. It’s so much more than just having a mate. It’s the pack bonds that make an alpha whole, and the longer Castiel denies himself one, the more he loses of his humanity.
When a drunken, desperate act brings a beautiful, vibrant omega to his doorstep with a disastrous winter storm nipping at his heels, Castiel knows he does not deserve the gift. Sending Dean back down the mountain would be certain death for the young were, but allowing him to stay will undoubtedly change Castiel’s life forever. Maybe it’s time for Castiel to leave his darkness in the past, where it belongs. With Dean standing next to him on the precipice, there’s nothing left for Castiel to do but close his eyes, take a breath, and leap.

Summary
At Stanford University, omega Dean Winchester and alpha Castiel Novak are complete and utter strangers. Dean’s on the ground’s crew, and Castiel is pursuing his PhD in literature. Under normal circumstances, their paths would never cross.
But when they both agree to participate in an unusual case study observing alphas and omegas—the thesis project of anthropology major Charlie Bradbury—they find themselves alone and face to face. For hours each week.
The catch? They’re forbidden to speak a word to each other, despite sharing an obvious and immediate crush. One might even call it true-mate level.
Oh, this is gonna be torture.
