The ruins of Sky Kingdom were still smoldering.
A figure dressed in long white silks wandered aimlessly through the twisted wreckage warped by the lethal caress of flames that had died down to pulsating embers long ago. Flurries of ashes filled the air, drifting lazily toward the ground like phantom snowflakes.
The figure paused for a moment and turned around, surveying the crumbled heaps that were once buildings with a patient smile on his face, purple eyes glimmering faintly in the firelight.

Summary
Atsushi has an eating disorder due to his time at the orphanage. Tigers can go up to two weeks without eating and since Atsushi's ability is beast beneath the moonlight, I thought I could add his eating problems which origanated from when he was at the orphaned. That being the reason why he can survive long without food.

Summary
Atsushi seemed rather normal, granted lacking in the self-esteem department and could turn into a tiger, but other than that he looked pretty normal. Until, Dazai notices a few strange behaviors, First, he didn't remember his own birthday, then he realized Atsushi always looked away from dead bodies, even injuries, Dazai always thought he was too nervous to look at them, till he notices him drooling, Atsushi seemed disgusted at himself.
Dazai attempts to figure it out, trying to get others to help him, but he reaches dead end after dead end, even Ranpo was unable to use Ultra-Deduction to figure it out, so they have to find information the old way.
But what they find changes how they view Atsushi forever...

With the HPSC now requiring the ADA to have an overseeing hero to make arrests or engage in combat of any kind, and none of its current members being eligible, Dazai and Ranpo devise a loophole: have one Ochako Nakahara-Dazai attend a hero school, and become their “overseeing” hero.
Of course, she’s always happy to help her father and her future workplace, but she’s not really sure any hero school is prepared for Yokohama weirdness, which seems to follow all of its residents even outside of the city. She’s also not sure she’ll be able to get a license faster than three years, which both Dazai and Chuuya seem confident she can do. She’ll have to get it as quick as possible though, lest the ADA drive multiple heroes sent to oversee their operations insane.

The League of Villains had tried to take over the Port Mafia with successful results, at least to them. But if the Mafia was keeping tabs on the villains, then who was keeping tabs on the heroes?
Such was Sigma's new job, control the information and make sure the conflict doesn’t reach any further into Yokohama than it already has.
