Summary

"Cas….Hey, CAS,” Dean says emphatically, propping his heavy body against Castiel’s shoulder with his eyes wide.
Castiel grips both sides of Dean’s face, shaking him out of his stupor. “What, Dean?”
Dean lets out a huff, the sharp tang of liquor hitting Castiel’s face. “Your eyes are pretty,” he complains.
Or, a good old-fashioned-hooking-up-but-not-really-quite-hooking-up-through-copious-amounts-of-alcohol-story.

Summary
Dean has been betrayed and hurt by everyone around him. Because of this, he can't act on his submissive tendencies which makes him extremely sick... The worst case Cas has ever seen.
The world thinks he's a lost cause, but Cas is willing to try and save his life. Only one problem: Dean is feisty and refuses to be helped. He fights and runs every chance he gets, hurting himself in the process. He has no reason to trust Cas, which makes his recovery unlikely. Though, maybe Cas can change that (:
Basically, Dean being sick and injured and Cas caring for him. Not always consensually tho. Hence 'Forced Care' tag. Then eventually they grow to love each other and its really sweet. (not complete but working on it, very very very slow, slow burn, so dont be surprised when it takes ages for them to start to trust each other)
