Summary
It has been nearly ten years since the war, but the scars still run deep. After leaving his work as an Auror at the Ministry, Harry takes up the position of Defense Against the Dark Arts professor at Hogwarts. His life is turned upside down when he is visited by the new Minister of Magic, Draco Malfoy. The Minister needs Harry’s help researching an ancient artifact, but everything goes terribly wrong and they are thrown somewhere in time, where nothing is the same as it once was. Can Harry and Draco return to their own time, or will this second chance change what they want from the future?

Ron knew from very young age how precarious was his position in the family. His parents didn't love him and the twins, the middle brother and even baby sister born a year after him had tormented him. So, when he woke up one morning with drastically worsened hearing, he thought that maybe it was their handiwork. Fortunately, his elder brothers Bill and Charlie came home for their annual holidays. They were the only family members around whom Ron felt safe. Maybe they'd see something was wrong with his ears and they'd help fix the problem?
