Summary
He didn’t stop until the oddly familiar sound of mechanical, rhythmic breathing filled the small, dark room. Tony couldn’t place the noise until his eyes landed on what was making it, a Darth Vader mask planted on the face of who he could only assume was Spider-Man.
Tony let out a breath, then a low chuckle.
He’d never been kidnapped by Darth Vader before, or more like, by a child wearing a Halloween costume, but he supposed it wasn’t all that strange. As long as his heart was still ticking there would always be new lows for him to sink to.
“Hey baby Darth,” said Tony, letting his hands go limp in the webs. “Mind letting me out of this?”

Tony gets kidnapped by Spider-Man disguised as Darth Vader, which turns out to be a big mistake for Peter Parker, who's just trying to stay under the radar to avoid the attention of CPS.

Peter was just about to ask Pepper what her order recommendation was when the hairs on his arms stood up. Debilitating dread accompanied it, as he, as subtly as he could, looked around and tried to pinpoint the threat making his spidey senses flair up.
He didn’t have to look very hard. It was obvious.
A man had a gun and he had it pointed at the back of Pepper’s head.

Summary
“Do you think if the vampires suck my blood they’ll turn into spider-vampires?” Peter asks them.
Bucky narrows his eyes and tilts his head at him.
Sam grimaces, then shakes his head. “Now we are. Do us a favor and don’t get bit by one.”
The cage returns to silence, and Peter becomes more fidgety, more anxious to avoid overhearing anymore of the vampire dinner party happening up above. He tries not to let his mind drift to the unlikely hood of his plan not working, and that if it doesn’t, two of them will end up as appetizers.
“Seriously, guys,” says Peter. “If they turn me and I end up biting your neck, you have full permission to stab me with a stake and light my body on fire.”

“Where do you think you’re going?”
Peter’s shoulders dropped, and he turned to see Mr. Stark standing at the bottom of the staircase, wearing his pajamas with an Iron Man robe. His slippers were the Spider-Man ones Peter had gotten him last Christmas as a joke, but Peter was too sad and bitter about having a flu on the most magical night of the year to be happy he was wearing them.
“Just for a drive,” said Peter.
“A drive?” questioned Mr. Stark. “It’s almost two in the morning.”
“Mr. Starkkkk,” he said, also too sick to care about having to resort to whining. “I just wanna be spooky.”
“Whatever virus that’s working its way through your system is already spooky enough, kid.”

“We like to keep each other informed,” she told him. “He keeps me up to date with all the super-hero stuff and I fill him in on the rest.”
Peter let out a groan to clue her in on how he felt about this. His mind was reliving the last couple of months, and suddenly everything was making much more sense, like how May knew he was cheating his Spidey curfew by thirty minutes, or like how Mr. Stark offered him help on his Calculus homework just as his grades started to slip.

“That ugly old man who’s always shouting lies about Petey on TV?” Morgan sounds outraged Mr. Stark would even dream to put Jameson and right in the same sentence. “I wanna turn him into a skeleton. Then we can use him next year as one of our decorations.”
