Summary
Sami woke up with little memory of how she even got there. It was odd and there was a void. Michael impressed that it was needed and what she wanted, but she just felt… empty. Contentment with her tasks and routine, but there was a hole in the story. Something beyond selfless love of giving up her life… Heaven just wasn’t what she knew about peace and wholeness.
Simeon had returned from his duties and offered Sami a bag. A simple token of something she gave him for safekeeping. Within was something the angel was not expecting; try a letter, a phone, and trinkets from her life in hell.
Well, this was going to be quite the recall. Hopefully, Simeon could help her with the harder bits… like this forest her former self talked about. Well, Michael had a few things to answer for when she had more clarity, that was most certain.
